The materials used were of a good quality. The porch is sturdy and looks great. People who see pictures are surprised to learn that the porch was not original to the house. Charlie had a variety of options to choose from and was very helpful in determining which design would be the best for us. The fence itself was not complicated, but we had numerous issues with getting permits and with our HOA. Charlie went the extra mile by contacting our HOA directly and going to the permits office multiple times.  We will definitely be contacting Charlie again when we are ready to have a deck built.
