We had Excel build a new 6 x 10 covered front porch. They did an excellent job. I was impressed with the way they conducted themselves while working – no inappropriate conversations or language. The materials used were of a good quality. The porch is sturdy and looks great. People who see pictures are surprised to learn that the porch was not original to the house. Any questions or concerns were addressed right away and to our satisfaction. In addition, Charlie stopped by to check on things on a regular basis. We are very satisfied with the job.

The fence itself was not complicated, but we had numerous issues with getting permits and with our HOA. Charlie went the extra mile by contacting our HOA directly and going to the permits office multiple times.  We will definitely be contacting Charlie again when we are ready to have a deck built.
